What is Redesign -
For the most part
homeowners buy nice
things. Things they
like, perhaps even love.
However, when they got
it home it just doesn’t
look like they thought
it would.. Our job as an
interior redesigner is
to take those things and
with proper placement,
the use of color,
texture and talent we
can show them their
rooms potential. Here
are a few examples of
how we changed the
“blah” into an “ahh” in
just a few hours using
items the homeowner
already had somewhere in
the house.

Staging...is using
the same talent we used
to redesign only this
time it is all about the
potential new homeowner.
We are listening to what
the house is saying. “ I
have been neglected, I
am just plain dull and
need some TLC.” Then we
use what the homeowner
has to be sure that each
space is show ready and
has been given the
opportunity to show off
it’s selling features.
Here are a few examples
of how a class
transformed 3 different
spaces in just a few
hours.

One Day Decorating...This
is redesigned “kick up a
notch” This is when we
use all the homeowner
has but then we bring in
what is missing to
complete the look. The
“jewelry” of the room.
Plants, lighting,
accessories and yes
sometimes even
furniture, if that is
what is needed. We add
the addition of paint
selections, ideas for
window treatments and
more. Here are a few
examples of “one day
decorating” done by some
of my classes.
