Carol in a nutshell...

A practical decorator, Carol owns Rooms Retouched in Voorhees, New Jersey, (Greater Philadelphia, New Jersey area). Her clients love that she is a service-driven decorator not a product driven one, and appreciate that she is there to help them feature the things they have acquired, not to get rid of them.

As a staging professional, Carol believes that every home, regardless of price, deserves to look its best while on the market. Carol and her business associate JoAnne Lenart—Weary developed the National Scoring System, The Action Form that is currently being used across the country by thousands of staging professionals.

As a certified color consultant, Carol is skilled in the art and science (psychology) of helping clients discover the color they always wanted to feature, but were afraid to try.

Carol is a Dale Carnegie graduate and past member of Toastmasters. As an international instructor, speaker and facilitator for over 25 years, Carol has prepared and taught classes for adult schools, junior colleges, and corporations. She has been a featured speaker at many international conferences in both the US and Canada.

As a business woman:
She has owned and operated 2 international franchises. She reached a top director position with an international direct marketing company and has been a training instructor for an international hotel chain.

As a public personality:
 She has been featured on TV and in print publications. She is a contributing decorator and her ideas and creations were featured on the SDP DVD released in 2006.
